The Deposition of Jane Olonman. She Says that Edmund Blayfell told her yt
he Could make James: Barry a hoggstealer for One hogg & he did intend to prsent.
him for it I askt him how he Could prove it, & he Said if I or another killd a hogg
that was not of my marke he might make him a hogg stealer

The Deposition of Richard: Varden . Aged about twenty five years. he Comes & Sayes
that Edmund: Blafell. told hi  that he Could make James Barry A hogg Stealer
for One hogg and further Saith not //  Sworn before me   John: King  ______
June ye 2d day. Ano. Dom. 1692 .
The Deposition of Bryan: Conneway aged about twenty eight years, he Comes Sayes
that he Came to James Barryes house, & he was cutting up of a Bore as he Said &
& he bid his wife go & gett Some nails for to nail up that Boars ears. & Edmd: Blafell
takes them & nails them up, & he said that he bought the marke of Robert Catline &
he named the hoggs marke, but I forgott it, Only he Said there was a hole in ye right
ear, & I went & lookt, & I could See none, Only a Cropp & a Slitt
      Sworn before me John: King  _________   - - - - - -
     Which foresaid Jury as in fo: 56. returns in Court, and being calld over each
   man perticularly by his name, being all unanimously agreed of their Verdict
  the plts & Defendt being likewise called.  The Verdict is read as followeth (vize )
  Wee of the Jury upon a Second inspection having recd a greater light doe find James
  Barry not guilty of this within Indictment. given in pr me Samuel: Handy
