The humble Petion of Wm Coulbourne humbly Sheweth.
That whereas mr John: Galbraith decd Stood indebted to yr Petioner in the Sum above
mentioned. yr Petioner humbly Craves Order agt the Admr of the sd decd, and as in
duty bound shall pray &ca.
The abovesd accot was proved pr Oath of Capt. Wm: Coulbourne to be justly due
whereupon Majr Robert King Confest judgmt. for ye Same. being ye Admr.

The Compainant Nicholas Carpenter, before his Examination, took ye Oath of fidelity & abhorence
then the Evidences were Sworn & examined, viz Bernard Ward Jno Barber Jno Strawbridge
which matter being discussed It was Ordered, that whereas a Sow of sd Nicholas Carpenters hurt
it was Ordered the sd Sow should be killed dressed & weighed & Caryed to Jno: West Clk of sd
