The Evidence of Edmund: Omalavell. I was at worke with James Barry and he
told that he had two Bores out & he did hear that one was at your mill.  I told him
there was one there but I did not know what it was his, but ye Same Bore did Come
to Barryes & he told me, that he would give me One gallon of rum to kill him yt
Bore, So I went out but when I see the Bore I told him I would not kill that Bore but
& if he would kill him I would help him to dresse it, So he Sett the Doggs on him & hunt
him downe & when the hogg was dead. I went & lookt on him & I told him that ye hogg
was none of his. & he told me that he bought the marke from Robert Catlin. So I told
him that I would put the ears up, So I did nail the Ears up as I high as I could well
put them against a post & further Saith not.   Sworn before me    John: King C
June ye 2d day: 1692 .

The Evidence of Margrett Tillman.  On ye fourth day of Novembr last about the
Sun going down, She heard mr Barryes Girl Say, that here was her ffathers Bore
So presently after I hear them Sett the doggs on him, & the hogg was kill & farther
Saith not B        Sworn before me . -   -   -   -   -    John: King
June ye 2 day: 1692 .

The Evidence of Gydeon Tillman. that in October last I met with James Barry in
the woods. and I asked him if my Bore Barrow were at his house & he told me no. And I
told him there was a white Bore at my house beat him away. & he Said thats my Bore &
I told him it was none of his, for he was Cropp & Slitt in the right ear, So upon the fourth
day of November I turned the Boar out of my Orchard, when my own Bore Barrow Came
home, & he was killd that night.
