Jury for the body of this County for breach of the Act agt hoggstealers, and the said Sarah being
Legally Sumoned to appear as Evidence for their Maties agt y^e Said Cheesman She the said dft
did not appear at y^e County Court according to the tenou^r of the Said Sumons, but Contemptuously
refused the Said Sumons to obey, whereby the Said Cheesman, did Evade his tryal & their Maties
dissappointed of a material Evidence.  Therefore Craves judgm^t may be entered agt y^e dft
