ffluellin being Sworn Constable of Nanticoke hundred within the Jurisdiction of this Court did
wilfully willingly & contemptuously him Self absent from tendance of their Maties Grd Jury
in        Court last past agt the good laws & institutions of this Province Therefore Craves judgment
may be entered agt the Offender according to Law in that Case made & provided &ca

        within the Jurisdiction of this Court was according and in
persuance of an Order of Court where by it is Ordered also by the Rules & Customes
of this Court, that the Clerk shall issue out a venire after every Court to attend the Court
for tryal of Causes the County Court following, and the Said venire being duely delivered to
the Sheriffe the Said Sheriffe according to the tenou^r of the said Sumons, did legally Sumond
the Defend^t. to attend their Maties Court at Monokin as One of twelve for the petty Jury but
the Said Dft. litle regarding the Said Sumons did Contemptuously himself absent from their
Maties Court held the Second Tuesday in March last past in Contempt of the Laws, evill exam^pl
to others, and agt the public weal of this Province.  Therefore Craves judgm^t may be entered
agt the Offender, according to Law in that Case made & provided.
