Somerset Ss.  Whereas John: Heath was arrested in my Suit for debt & Charges as is upon
Record these are to desire y^w to withdraw the Suit between me & John: Heath Adam Heatch
becoming Security for the Said Heath for debt & Charges whereunto we have both agreed entered
the Same upon Record.  Robert: King.

you would be pleased to take it into y^r Serious Consideration, whether this Nigro Woman which was
brought here by your Order to the Constable, whether She be in any way Capable of labour worth
her maintenance & leavies, all which I begg y^r Serious Consideration therein & y^r Petioner
shall ever pray as in duty he is bound ________
 
            Which petion being Considered. It is by this Court  Ordered that the Said Stephen Cannon
