m^r ffrancis Jenckins S^r These may Serve to informe y^w That about 5 dayes Since came
One Alexander: Humber to my house in a Sick & weak Condicon where he has been ever
Since, not capable of doing any Service, & his distemper, is of So long Standing that tis
doubtfull he never will, So that he Stands in need of maintenace from the public as
m^r Hopkins & m^r Smock the Beare^r can infome y^w.  S^r I humbly desire that y^w would take it
into y^r Consideration. So that he may be removed from my house imediatly after Court
for he is very Offensive both of Sight & Smell. thus hopeing y^w will be pleased to take
Care in it.  I rest y^r most humble Servant to Comand

the Sum of fourteen shillings Sterl. money of England as by a Certain Note under the said
       as also 383^lb.tob. as p^r acco^t here in Crt to be produced
Galbraiths hand is in Court here to be produced^ may & doe more fully & plainly appear.  Now,
your petioner humbly Craves Order agt Maj^r Robert King as Adm^r of the Estate of the Said
John: Galbraith. & y^r worpp^s. Petione^r as in duty bound Shall pray &ca. __________
