         The humble Petion of Edward: Jones Sheweth that whereas y^r Petioner by an accident
was very much disabled in his body by lameness & Sickness (in so much) that his very impossible
he should attend y^r worp^s or his owne Concerns, wherein he was obliged to this Court Therefore
humbly prayes that what actions are depending wherein y^r Petioner is Concerned in may be Curtailed
till next Court, and that no advantage may be taken his Clients, nor y^r Petioner who hath
till this unhappy fate duely attended y^r worpps.  The premisses Considered y^r Petioner as in duty
