Justices of the Peace for the County of Somerset in Court Sitting B The humble Petion of Edward: Jones Sheweth that whereas yr Petioner by an accident was very much disabled in his body by lameness & Sickness (in so much) that his very impossible he should attend yr worps or his owne Concerns, wherein he was obliged to this Court Therefore humbly prayes that what actions are depending wherein yr Petioner is Concerned in may be Curtailed till next Court, and that no advantage may be taken his Clients, nor yr Petioner who hath till this unhappy fate duely attended yr worpps.
