of Stephen: Luffe Sheweth.  That whereas y^e Estate of John. Trupshaw late of this
County deceased is & stands indebted unto y^r Petioner in the just Sum of 366 lb of tob
as p^r account doth appear, for which sd tob y^r Petioner Craves Order agt m^r ffr: Jenckins
who is Adm^r of the deceaseds Estate, & y^r Petioner as in duty bound shall ever pray &ca.

Layer my Heirs, Execcutors Adm^rs or Assigns, do acknowledge my Self to Stand justly
Indebted unto Thomas Newbold his Heirs & Assigns in the full & just Sum of eight
hundred & fifty pounds of good Sound Tobacco in Cask to be paid at or upon the first
of October next in the year One thousand Six hundred & ninety & one being for two
Caske Sider reced of the said Newbold, the Sd tob to be paid in Pocomoke River, in Witness
