Provided allwayes that yw the said ffrancis: Jenckins & Samuel Hopkins, shall &  doe
from time to time & at all times hereafter as occasion shall present & without delay
Transmit an account of yr proceedings into my Office for Probatt of Wills &ca. at the
Citty of St. Maries there to be duely Registered & entered upon Record according to forme
To have & to hold the Said place & Office of Deputy Comissary &ca in the sd County of
Somerset, to you the said ffrancis. Jenckins. & Samuel: Hopkins, for & dureing pleasure
Given under my hand & Seal this ninth day of August in the fourth year of ye Reign of
Our Sovereign Lord & Lady. King William: & Queen: Mary &ca Ano Domin 1692 B

            Ordered:  that the Comissionrs. & Justices of the Peace in Each respective County wthin
this Province, & Others their Maties Officers therein authorized & appointed, having in B
their Custody or posession, any Bonds or Recognizances taken for the keeping of their Maties
Peace, & for the good behavior or Otherwise, of any person Offending agt the Laws of England or
of this Province, doe forthwith remitt ye Same to the Clerk of their respective County Courts
by him to be Carefully inspected, perused & examined, togeather with what Other Bonds or Recogzts
are filed or taken in Court, & Such of them as are already adjudged forfeited, or become forfeitable, for the
breach of or Non complyance with the Same, togeather with a true & exact accot of all fines
forfeitures & Amerciamts in their respective County Courts, Since the late Revolucon, the Said
Respective Clerks, are to transmitt to me & their Maties Councel att the Citty of St. Maries =
with all Convenient Speed, where of lett them not fail at their peril. And hereof let publick
Proclamacon be made by the respective Sheriffs of this Province, in the most public and
Convenient places, within their respective Counties. Given under my hand & Seal this ninth day
of August Anno Domni 1692.  In the 4th. year of our Soveraign Lord & Lady King William & Queen Mary
