Of Seaven hundred & fifty Six pounds of good fatt Merchantable Pork which to him
he Oweth & unjustly detaineth &ca .
And whereupon the Said Robert by Peter Dent his Atto^rney Saith that the Said Lawrence
the 28^th day of April in the year of our Lord 1691. at Pocomoke, within y^e Jurisdiction of
this Court by his Certain Bill Obligatory which the Said Robert with the Seal of the Said
Lawrence Signed brings here into Court, the date whereof is the day & year aforesaid B
acknowledged himself to be bound to the Said Robert in the full & just Sum of 756 Pounds
of good fatt Merchantable Porke to be paid to the Said Robert on or before the tenth day
of october next ensueing the date of the Said Bill, at the dwelling house of Jn^o:Emett
at Rehobeth in the County & Province aforesd.  Nevertheless the Said Lawrence the sd Sum
of 756 Pound of Porke to the Said Robert hath not paid, but hath hitherto refused & doth
Still refuse to the damage of the Said Robert of 1600:Pounds of Porke & thereof brings his
