Of this Court was indebted to the Said Wm in his life time in the Sum of thirteen hundred
pounds of tobacco, as by his Certain Bill Obligatory, which the Said George & Elizabeth
with the Seal of the Said John: Signed brings here into Court, the date whereof  is the day
& year aforesd, to the which payment the Said John, bound himSelf firmly by the sd (Bill)
Nevertheless the Said John. the Said Sum of 1300 Pounds of tobacco to the sd Wm in his
life time nor the Said Eliz: While she was Sole & unmarried nor to the Said George and
Elizabeth Since the marriage between them had & Solemnized nor to any of them according
to the teno^r of the Said Bill hath not paid, but hath hitherto denyed & doth Still deny to y^e
damage of the Said George & Elizabeth. of 2600 Pounds of tobacco & thereof he brings his

   Heirs Extors & Adm^rs. to pay or cause to be paid unto Wm:Stevens of Rehobeth in Somerset
County Merchant, his Heirs Extors Adm^rs or Assigns, the full & just Sum of thirteen hundred
pounds of good Sound Merchantable leaf tobacco & Caske Convenient at Some Town appointed
in Pocomoke in Somerset County at or upon the tenth day of Decemb^r ensueing the date
