Edward or his aforesds Should pay the like value, either in good beef or Porke as
agreed on as by the Same Instrument may as so is more plainly appeaer & is here in (Court)
produced. Now the Said Plts Sayes That the Said Edward in his lifetime did not Satisfie (      )

Since the decease of the late Edward hath not paid according to the teno^r of the Sd Specialty, (But)
fraudulently & Craftily intending to deceive the plt of the Said Tobacco,beef or Porke to y^e (value)
hath hitherto denyed & yett doth deny though often thereunto required,to the plts great loss & damage
to the value of 1014^lb. of like tobacco or Beef or Porke to the value & hereupon brings this Sute

This Bill Obligeth me Edward:Dickeson my Heirs Execcutors Adm^rs or Assigns to pay or
Cause to be paid unto John:White his Heirs Execcutors or Assigns the just Quantity of five
hundred & Seaven pounds of good Sound Merchantable tobaccoe without trash or ground leaves
in Caske to be paid Convenient upon Pocomoke River upon demands if the tobacco be not to
the Said White likeing. I the said Dickeson doe oblige me my Heirs or Assigns to pay to the
like value in good beef or Porke as shall be agreed upon it being a valuable Consideration
by me in hand all red as wittness my hand & Seal this 15^th S: 1680
