( 195 ) March 16th 1692/3 the full & just Sum of four hundred pounds of tobacco, which Sd Sum by the Said dft hath been ( ) & acknowledged to be the right of the Said Plt Admr to the said Estate but the (Said Defendt) by Some Clandestine means or other fraudulent Act, hath gott up his Bill, which Said (Bill the) Said Dft. did own & Confess to be in the Custody of George Seaward but nothing thereof ( ) the Estate either to the Said Josias in his life time or to the Widdow Since his decease the plt as Admr of the Said Estate Neither can the Said deft, give any just accot. that the Said Tobacco is paid for the use of the Said Estate by any warrantable Order by (Word) or write from the Said Josias in his life time or Since by the plt.
