For their Maties uses &ca. _________  The Condicon of which Recognizance (is Such that)
if the above bound Mary Macmillion doe pay the aforesd fourfold & Cost of Sute the said
Recognizance to be void & of none effect, other Wayes to be & remain in full power force
& vertue.

Contra     }      The Grand Jury for the body of this County doe prsent George
George: Noble           Noble late of this County for that the Said George Contrary to
~   ~   ~   ~   ~   ~         a Certain Act of Assembly of this Province Sometime in ye year
of our Lord 1691. at Monocan, within the Jurisdiction of this Crt
did exact receive & take of & from Thomas Roberts the Sum of Seaventy & two pounds
of tobacco wn not due, whereupon their Maties Clerk of presentments, Saith the sd George
Ought to be fined & pay the Sum of Six thousand pounds of tobacco as by a Certain Act
of Assembly in that Case made & provided.   Dent Clk of prsentmts.
 
   The Indictmt. being read to which the Said George pleaded innocently guilty. Whereupon
it is this Courts Judgmt that the Said George pay treble damages to the party (         -ed) &
fined according to Act of Assembly.
 
The humble Petion of Mary Crawshaw. To their Maties Justices of the Peace for Somerset          County humbly Sheweeth, that yr   Petioners hath Served in this Province Six years & five
months,& is Still detained a Servent by Leonard Jones (&  your) Petioner  humbly prayes
Order for the Overpluss of time                          yr petioner shall ever pray
  Petion being read. It is Ordered by the Worll Court that mr Jones be Sumd to answer the
  Complaint      & to       (Collier) & Jno Brown as Evid //
