Ordered By this Court that all Non Est Inventus=s in Maties Suit be renewed
Ordered likewise yt all Bonds & Recognizances in Maties Concerns be Continued ____
Mr Pirries Recogniz for Jno. Pope Continued

Thomas:Gillett in Open Court Confessed himself to be indebted to their Maties pr Recogniz
in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterling monley of England, due to be leavied on his goods
& Chattels lands and Tennements for their Maties uses &ca.
 
The Condicon of the abovesd Recognizance is Such that if Germaine:Gillett doe make
his personall appearance at our next County Court to be holden the Second Tuesday in
March then & there to answer to Such things as shall be Objected agt him On behalf
of their Maties Then the Recognizance to be void & of none effect Otherwayes to
be & remaine in full power force & vertue. _______  - - - - - - - - -   _____________
 
 
   To the Worll. Bench of Somerset County ye humble Petion of Wm:Alexander.
Humbly Sheweth ___ That yr Petioner hath occasion to turn the road intending
to ffence in Some ground where the high way now is. Your Petioner therefore B
humbly desires that it may be with yr worpps Consent it not tending any wayes to
the  prejudice of any, but rather for the publick good, the way being better, and as near
as the old road, where yr Petioner with yr worpps Consent indends to turn it, and yr
Petioner as in duty bound Shall ever pray               William: Alexander. _______

   The Petion being Read it is Ordered by this Court That Benjm: Cottman
and Some of the Neighbours thereabouts, view the Said intended Road, and if
