       the dft is become & Stands Justly Indebted unto the plt in the full & just
Sume of two hundred ninety & nine pounds of tobacco as appears by acco^t. here in Court
produced, which Said Sum the Said Dft did faithfully assume & promise to pay to the
plt but the Said Dft litle regarding his Said assumption but fraudulently & Craftily
intending to deceive the plt of the Said Sum hath hitherto denyed payment and
yett doth deny, to the plts great losse & damage to the value of 598= pounds of tob
