      And whereupon the Said John:Webb by Peter Dent his Atto^rney Complains
     that whereas the Said John.Kellam in the year of o^r Lord 1691. was indebted
To the Said John:Webb in the Sum of five hundred fourty four pounds of tobacco
being the ballance of a Certaine acco^t. for tobacco paid & accomodations at the house
Of him the Said John:Webb. as by the Said acco^t here in Court produced may appear and
the Said John:Kellam to the Said John:Webb in manner aforesd being indebted did assume
upon him Self and to the Said John:Webb faithfully promise, that he the Said John
Kellam. the Said Sum of 544. Pounds of tobacco, when he Should be thereunto requested
would well & truly Content & pay. Nevertheless the Said John:Kellam his promise
and assumption aforesd not regarding but minding & fraudulently intending him
the Said John:Webb. in this behalfe Craftily & Subtily to deceive & defraud the Said
Sum of 544: Pounds of tobacco or any part thereof to the Said Jn^o.Webb hath
not paid, but hath hitherto refused and doth Still refuse to the damage of the Said
John Webb of 1600 Pounds of tobacco & thereof he brings his Suite ________
