of the goods & Chattels of John:White late of this County deceased in a plea of debt
And whereupon the plt by James Sangster his Attorney Comes & Sayes that the
Said defendt is and Stands indebted unto the plts in y^e full & just Sum of Six
hundred pounds of good Sound Mertable tobacco in Caske to be paid unto the plts
upon demand after the date of a Certaine Spetialty under the hand and Seal
of the defend^t. bearing date the Eighteenth day of Jan^ry 1685/6 as by y^e Said
Spetialty it doth more fully appear & is here in Court produced, yet the sd dfend^t
fraudulently & Craftily intending to deceive the plt of the Said Sum of 600^lb. of
hath hitherto denyed & yett doth deny, to the plts great loss & damage to the value
of twelve hundred pounds of like tobacco in Caske & thereupon brings this Suite

This Bill bindeth me Thomas ffenwick of the Province of Maryland of y^e
County of Somerset my Heirs Execcutors Adm^rs or Assigns to pay or Cause to
be paid to m^rs. Sarah: White of the Said County & Province or her Orders the
full & just Sum of Six hundred pounds of good Sound Mertable tobacco in Caske
Convenient on all demands after the date hereof I the said ffenwick having recd
Consideracon for the Same as wittnes my hand & Seal this 18^th day of Jan^ry  1685/6
