George Carter having Petioned this Court for Some allowance of this County
Leavy & it is my this Court Considered that sd Carter is an Object of Charity and
therefore their worp^s doe Ord^r. sd Carter be allowed out of sd Leavy 1200 ^lb tobacco.

find That Cornelius of BogatooeNorton hundred & within the Jurisdiction of
this Court not having the fear of God before his eyes hath wickedly Sinfully
and Shamefully Comitted fornicaton, & upon the body of Eliz. Wildgoose of y^e
Same hundred Spinster hath begott a Basterd Child. to the great Scandall, evil
Example, & breach of the laws of this Province.  Their Maties Atto^rney craves
judgment may be entered, agt the said Offender according to Law in that Case

Indictm^t. being read to which the said Cornelius Innis pleaded not guilty  but y^e
Said Elizabeth Wildgoose made Oath upon the holy Evangelists that he the sd
Cornelius, was the Only ffather of her late Basterd Child.
