Arthur Mason of Boston Baker doe assign over my Servant Anthony (Machado)
Portuguise unto m^r Joseph Thaxter his heirs or Assigns for the (term) of  Six
years Some four months               he is obliged in the above Indenture
occasioned by his breach of what he was obliged unto in this Indenture as wittness
my hand and Seal in Boston this first day of June 1687.  The above Joseph
Thaxter being now Resident in Virginia

       The afore Said Petion acco^t and Indenture being read the said m^r Gray and
   AnthonyAsher alis Machado in Court appearing both referring themSelves to the
  Judgm^t of this Court. C   And this Courts judgm^t. is that the sd Anthony aforesd
Shall Serve One whole year for the thirteen hundred ninety Six pounds of tobacco (damage)
and likewise Serve one whole year & two months due of his indented time & four hundred
& ninety dayes being runaway time, all due to the said Gray. _________  After which
judgm^t the said Mile Gray promised the Court that he would give unto his foresd Servant
Anthony one year of the abovesd time p^rvided he the Said Anthony did well and
