Whereupon Came the Said Varden & brought his Security   (  Jno B - -)
Said Varden did  acknowledge and Confess himself to be (indebted in the sum)
of tenn pounds Sterling money of England & the said Barber five pounds like money
   to be leavied on their goods Chattels Lands & tennemts. for their Maties uses &ca
The Condicon of the foresd Recognizance is Such that if the above bound Richard
Varden be of the of the good behavior and abearance to all their Maties Liege
People of this Province dureing this Courts pleasure as also pay Court Charges
then this Recognizance to be void and of none effect, Otherwayes to be and remaine

   and pr Recognizance the sd Tull in Open Court did Confess himself to be indebted
