of my temporal Estate, and Such goods and debts as it hath pleased God farr above my deserts to bestow upon me, I due order give and
dispose the same in manner and forme following, that is to say first I will that all those debts and duties that I owe in right or conscience
to any person or persons whatsoever shall be well and truly contented and payed or ordained to be payed within convenient time after
my decease, by my Execcutor hereafter named ~ ~ ~ I give and bequeath unto mr Samuel:Davis Minister at Snow hill in
the County and Province aforesd five thousand pounds of porke, Convenient within twelve months after my decease to delivered
unto the said Samuel: Davis or his Order. ~ ~ ~ ~ I give and bequeath unto mr. ffrancis: Makemie.Minister of the gospall att
Rehobeth Town within the sd County and Province. five thousand pounds of porke. Convenient to him or his Order within
twelve months next after my decease ~ ~ ~ ~ I give & bequeath unto mr Thomas: Wilson Minister of the gospell at Monokan
in the County & Province aforesd five thousand pounds of porke, to him or to his Order within twelve months next after my
decease . ~ ~ ~ ~ I give & bequeath unto my wellbeloved friend Robert: Nearn of Manokin, the Sum of tenn thousand pounds
of porke to be payed imediately after my decease unto the said Robert: Nearn. or his Order convenient within the sd County
and Province. ~ ~ ~ ~ I give and bequeath all the rest of my goods Chattells, debts, house, Land and all other things
belonging to me in any manner of way whatsoever, aswell else where as in this aforesd Province both at home and now abroad
unto my trusty and wellbeloved friend Major. Robert: King of Monoken in the County & Province aforesd & to his Heirs Assigns
And I the sd John: Galbraith, do by these presents, Constitute, ordain & appoint my wellbeloved friend Majr. Robert: King
aforesd my whole & Sole Execcutor & Administrator, duely & truly to execute & performe this my last will and testament
in Confirmation and full assureance, of the truth above written, that this is my last will & Testament I the sd John: Galbraith
have hereunto Sett my hand & fixed my Seal at Animesike, the day and year first above written.

Maryland Somerset County Ss. William & Mary by the grace of God of England Scotland ffrance and Ireland King & Queen defenders of
the faith &c. to Major. Robert King of the aforesd County greeting. Whereas John:Galbraith of this County Mercht.deceased, did by his last
will and Testament leave you the sd Majr. Robert:King full and Sole Execcutor, we doe therefore grant unto you the sd Robert: King
full power and authority to Admr.all and Singular the goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased and to demand colect and leavy
and in legall manner require and receive all and all manner of debt and debts, due and owing to the said deceased and well & faithfully to
dispose of the same. And out of the goods chattels and Credits of the said deceased, which have may or shall come to your hands or posession
well and truly to pay the debts due by the said deceased So far forth as the same will extend and the law will charge you according to
the true value of the Sum thereof, you having first taken your Oath well and truly to Admr the same, And to make or cause to be made
a true and perfect Inventory of all and Singular the goods Chattels and credits of the sd deceased, which have may or shall come to
your hands posession or knowledge (appraised in money) and a true and just account of and upon your Admrn therein and to Exhibit
both into our County Court where wills are proved, according to power given by a Certain Ordinance of Assembly lawfully authorized
touching which Inventory you are presently assigned to performe, or at furthest at of before the second tuesday in January next ensueing
and an account within twelve months from the date of these presents. And lastly we do hereby Constitute Ordain and appoint you ye
Said Robert: King Admr of all and Singular the goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased ~ ~ ~ Signed pr order of Court
this 8th. day of September. in the third year of his maties our Reign Over England &c. and in the year of our Lord God one thousand
