after y date hereof this by order of Court dated y 11th. day of March in y first year of their Maties Reigne over
England &c. and in y year of or Lord God one Thousand Six hundred Eighty and Nine/90 ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Know all men by these presents that wee Mary Price administratrix of James Price
deceased Cornelius Ward and John Roach all of y County of Somr:Set and Province of
Maryland doe acknowledge & Confess our Selves to owe and are indebted unto their Maties
William & Mary King & Queene of England &c the Just Summe of one hundred pounds
of Sterling money of England wch::wee promise to pay to their Maties. and for the true perfor=
mance of y Same to be well & truly paid wee binde us and Each of us our heires executrs
and admrs: in y penall Sume of Two hundred pounds of like money In Testimoney
whereof wee have hereunto Set our hands & Seales this Seaventh day of Aprill in y first
year of theire Maties: Reigne Annoq. Dom. 1690 /
The Condicon of the abovesd obligacon is Such that if the above bound Mary Price doe well & truly observe
and Satisfie all & Every of the will of James Price deceased bearing date y Second day of September Annoq
Dom: 1688 as well as to pay all & Every the debts of the said deceased upon ordr: had and obteined from their
Maties Justices of y Peace in Court Sitting as also to observe the Clause & Clauses in the Sd. Letters of administratacon
and to make no waste Saile or destruction in of or upon the real estate of orphants: vizt dwelling houses and
houses Lands woods orchards & fences observing yt Law entituled an act for pr:Servacon & orphants real estate
that then this obligacon to be void and of none effect otherwise to be & remayne in full power force & virtue
