In the name of God Amen. I Benjamine Keizer of Pocomoke in Somerset County Considering the frailty of
this life, and to have affairs allwayes Setled, and now being in body though of sound and good memory (blessed be God)
do make this my last will and Testament as followeth, my Soul I render to God that gave it expecting its Salvation through
the mercy of my Creator and merits of my redeemer Jesus Christ my body I comitt to the earth to be decently buried as
my Execcutros hereafter named shall think fitt and for what worldly and outward estate it hath pleased Allmighty God to
bless me with all I give and bequeath as followeth my just debts being first paid, Item I give and bequeath to Eliazer
Keizer my Brother to his Second sonn or Second daughter the third part of what my father George: Keizer hath left me
in his last will and testament Item I give and bequeath to my Brother John . Keizer, Second Sonn or second daughter the third part
of what my ffather George: Keizer hath left me in his last will and Testament. Item I give and bequeath to my Sister Mary -
-ould her second Sonn or Second daughter the third part of what my ffather George: Keizer hath left me in his last will & testament
to them their Heirs and Assigns for ever. Item I give and bequeath to Jane: Cooper, one Cow, the future male increase to her
Selfe and female to her two daughters after the delivery. Item I give and bequeath to William: Schillito one Cow Calfe &
all the future increase after dilivery. Item I give & bequeath to Martha:Greegory One two year old Heifer and all the future
increase after dilivery. I give and bequeath to Lawrence Crawford the three hundred Acres of Land left to me in Colonel:Stevens
will to him to him his Heirs or Assignes for ever. Item. I give and bequeath to mr. George:Layfield one thousand pounds of
tobacco of the two thousand Colonel: Stevens left me provided that the sd Crawford have peaceable posession of the three hundred
acres above specified. Item I give and bequeath to mr George: Layfield the hundred Acres of Land called holly head. /
provided that he pay to the said Crawford the other thousand pounds of tobacco, and put him in peaceable posession
of Morumscoe three hundred Acres his Heirs or Assigns for ever. And if mr. George: Layfield will neither give
Morumscoe nor the tobacco I bequeath to Crawford holly head, to him his Heirs or Assigns for ever. Item I give and
bequeath to my Cousin: William: White, One black cloth cote, with Silver buttons. Item. I give and bequeath to my Cousin
Tabitha: White. Priscilla: White. Sarah: White, each of them One yearling Heifer the piece, or one yearling
bull the piece as it falls out with my cattel and all the future increase after dilivery Item I give & bequeath
to my Cousin Stevens: White One yearling Heifer and all her increase after dilivery. Item I give & bequeath
to my Cousin Stevens: White One yearling horse or One yearling mare with all her future increase after dilivery
Item I gi bequeath to my Cousin William: White the bed and all belongs to it after dilivery Item I give and
bequeath my bay horse called Robbin to mr. Lawrence: Crawford his Heirs or Assigns when found. and also I doe
name and nominate, Constitute and appoint Lawrence: Crawford and John: Emmett to be my whole and Sole Exters
(of) this my last will and testament, hereby revoaking and cancelling all other former will or wills by me made
(or) done. In wittness whereof I have hereunto Sett and affixed my hand and Seal the twenty Six day of March -
Anno Domini 1691. Benjamin: Keysor. Sealed -
Signed Sealed and declared to be the last will & Testament of Benjamin Keizer in presence of us

Edward: Stockdell. The abovesd Will proved in Open Court the 10th. June. 1691. by ye Oaths of
Sarah Crawford. Henderson, Stockdell and Starrett, Letters. of Admrn granted, Appraisers
James: H Henderson his mark. appointed were: Jno. ffrankland & Robert: Peel.

Letter of Admr. granted Soly to Crawford. Emmet having renounced Extorship
