To all Christian People befor whome this Deed of guift May Come Sarah Saunders of Somr:Set County Sendeth greeting
whereas I Sarah Saunders aforesaid for divers good Causes & Consideracons me thereunto moveing (in the year 168-
but more espetially & perticularly for & in Consideracon of the Tendr: Love & affection borne to my Kinswoman Mary
Beazely living with my Cossin Thomas Oxford of the Sd: County did then freely fully & really & absolutely give & dis(pose)
of to my said Kinsewoman one Cow Calfe together with all her increase for Ever except every other bull Calfe untill my Kinsewoman Shall Marry or attaine the age of one & Twenty years To have & to hold the Sd: Cowe Calfe together with her Increase
as aforesaid And whereas the Sd: Cow Calfe hath produced only Two heifers which are now living of all the Stock from (the)
Sd: Calfe given & bestowed as aforesaid and for want of A Scribe no Deed of gift made of the Sd: Donation Know all yee (to)
whome these presents Shall or may Come that I the Said Sarah Saunders Doe by virtue hereof now more amply & pr( )
Correborate rattifie & Confirme the Said Donation with the Consent & approbation of my husband John Saunders under both
hands & Seales of the Two heifers aforesd: the one Two year old the other a yearling being marked by Cropping
under bitting both years To have and to hold the Said heiffers with their Increase as abovesaid to the Sd: Mary (Beazely)
& her heires for Ever without any excepcon or reservation only the bull Calves for the time aforesaid & for
further Confirmacon of the pr:misses Together with mine & my husbandd Love and affection unto the Sd: Mary
