Doudy Samuel: Haydon . - - - - - - of Somerset County in the Province of Maryland doe acknowledge and Confesse our Selves to owe and are indebted unto their Maties King William and Queen Mary Over England &ca the just Sum of One hundred - - - - - - - -pounds sterling money of England which we promise to pay to their Said Maties their Heirs or Successors and for the true performance of the same to be well and truly paid, we bind us our Heirs Execcutors and Admrs firmly by these presents. In testimony where of we have hereunto Sett our hands and Seals this 4th: day of May in the fourth year of their Maties Reign Ano Do: 1691/2 The Condition of this Obligation is Such that if the above bounden Margerett: Meclaster doe well and truly Admr upon the Estate of John: Meclaster Deceased, as well as to pay all and every the debts of the said deceased upon Order had and Obtained from their Maties Justices of the Peace in Court Sitting, So farr forth as the said Estate will extend or the Law require, and well and truly to observe the Severall Clauses mentioned in letters of Admrn. to yw granted the 8th. day of March Anno Domini 1691/2: And lastly to keep harmless the Justices of the Peace of Somerset County for probat of Wills and granting Admrns and all other the Officers therein Concerned that then this Obligation to be void and of none effect other wayes to be and remaine in full power force and virtue . - - - - - _______ - - - - - - - - - _______ - - - - - - - _____ Signed Sealed and delivered in prsence of us.
