And well and truly to Observe the Severall Clauses mentioned in letters of Admrn to yw granted the 8th. day of March
Anno Domini 1691/2. And lastly to keep harmless the Justices of the Peace for Somerset County for probat of Wills
and granting of Admrns and all other the Officers there Concerned. That then this Obligation to be void and of none effect
otherwayes to be and remain in full power force and vertue Tho. Dixon. Sealed

William and Mary by the grace of God of England Scotland ffrance and Ireland King and Queen defenders of the faith
&ca. To Margerett: Meclaster of Somerset County greeting whereas John: Meclaster deceased. Wee doe therefore grant
unto you the said Margeret: Meclaster full power and authority to Admr all and Singular the goods Chattels and Creditts
of the said deceased, and to demand colect and leavy all and all manner of debt and debts, due and Owing to the said
deceased. and well and faithfully to dispose of the same, and out of the goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased
which have may or shall come to your hands or posession well and truly to pay the debts due by the said deceased
So farr forth as the said will extend, and the law will Charge yw. according to the true value of the sum thereof. you
having first taken your Oath well and truly to Admr the same, and to make or Cause to be made a true and perfect
Inventory, of all and Singular the goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased, which have may or shall Come to yr hands
posession or knowledge (Appraised in money. And a true and just accompt of and upon yr Admrn. therein, and to exhibit
both into our County Court where wills are proved. Touching which Inventory you are presently assigned to performe
or at furthest at or before the Second tuesday in June next ensueing. And an accompt within twelve months from the
date of these presents. And Lastly we do hereby impower, Constitute Ordain and appoint you the said Margerett
Meclaster, Admrx of all and Singular the goods Chattels and Creditts of the said deceased this eight day of March
in the fourth year of their Maties Reign William & Mary by the grace of God of England Scotland ffrance & Ireland
King and Queen defenders of the faith &ca. Anno Domini 1691/2. - - - - - - - - _______

in money under your hands and Seals into our County Court to be holden the Second tuesday in June next after the date hereof
