Maryland Sc. Know all men by these presents That I Somerset Dickison of Somerset County Planter
am holden and stand firmly indebted unto Thomas. Jones of the County and Province afore mentioned Gent
in the full and just quantity of four hundred pounds pds of good tobacco in Caske to be pd at Some Town in
Pocomoke River at or upon the tenth Day of November next ensueing the data hereof unto the aforesd Thomas
Jones, his Lawfull Attorney his Heirs Execcutrs Administrators or Assignes, To the which payment well and
truly to be made. I above Somerset Dickison doe bind me my Heirs Extors and Admrs firmly by these prsents
Signed with my hand and Sealed with my Seal and dated this 4th. day of May Anno 1686.

Know all men by these presents that I Samuel: Cooper of Somerset in the Province aforesd Am holden
and firmly Stand indebted unto John: Woodside of the Kingdom of Ireland Marriner in the just Sum
of two thousand five hundred fourty eight pounds of good Sound Mertable tobacco in Caske. due to be pd
unto the sd John: Woodside or his Certain Attorney his Execctors Admrs or Assigns Convenient in Somerset
County aforesd at or upon the tenth day of December next ensueing the date hereof, The which payment
well and truly to be made I bind my Self my Heirs Extors and Admrs. firmly by these presents. wittness my
hand and Seal. this 22d: day of June 1686. - - - - - - Samuel: Cooper Sealed

William: Turvile having attended Six dayes and one day to goe home as Evidence in the Controversie
depending in the worshipfull Court Between James Round Attorney of Mosech: Aboab plt and Matthew
Scarbrough dft. on part of the plt. Craves Order for attendance, in all Seaven dayes March 12th. 1691/2.
