Wm: Stevens from One - Price _____ - - - - - - - ____ - - - - - - - - __________ Mr Thomas: Dixon. Craved Letters of Admrn upon Rich Ruggs Estate. But the Courts Result was to have the Result of the widdow. &ca ______ - - - - - _______ To their Maties Justices of the Peace for Somerset County, the humble Petition of ffrancis: Thorrowgood humbly sheweth ____ - - - - That whereas your Petioner was bound to the good behaviour dureing the Courts pleasure, whereupon your Petioner humbly prayes that I may be released and have in my Bonds of good behaviour, Also your Petioners Negro by Some misdemeanour done by him being Concerned with Some Servants of mr Lawrence Crawford, your Petioner was also fined Six hundred pounds of Tobacco for the Negroes misdemeanour, which your Petioner humbly prayes your worps: would should Law or President for the Same and your Petioner will willingly pay the Same, And yr Petioner as in duty Ever bound shall ever pray Francis Thorowgood.
