Person or Persons whatsoever by their or any of theire meanes Consent or Procuring of And the Said William
Keene and Anne his wife for themselves theire heires executors and administratrs and every of them doe
Covenant and agree to and with the Sd: John Goseling his heires and assignes & every of them That the Said
John Goseleing his heires and assignes Shall & may from time to time & at all times after for ever
peaceably & quietly have hold occupy possess & injoy the Said bargained pr:misses without y Lett interup
tion expulcon Eviccon of the Said William Keenes or Anne his wife theire heires or assignes or of any person
or persons whatsoever now having or Lawfully Claiming to have or wch: hereafter may have or Lawfully
Claiming to have any manner of Estate right Title Interest thing or demand of in to or out of y Sd: bar
gained pr:misses or any of them by from or undr: them or by their or any of their meanes Consent or procuremt:
And the Said William Keenes & Anne his wife their heires execcetors and admrs: doth hereby Covenant and
agree to and with the Sd: John Gosleing his heires and assignes That they the Sd:William Keene & Anne his wife at
y time of the delivery of these presents is and Standeth Seized & of y Sd: Land & premisses with y appurtenances
thereunto belonging of afirme Sure good & indefeazable estate of inheritance in fee Simple & yt they the Sd:William
Keene & Anne his wife have good right full power & Lawfull authority to grant bargaine & Sell the Same to him
the Sd: John Gosleing & that they will for Ever warrant & defend the Same to him the Sd: John Gosleing his heires
& assignes against all persons whatsoever Claiming or to Claime by from or und:rthem or any of them And the
Sd: William Keene & Anne his wife for themselves theire heires execctrs: & admrs:Doe further Covenant & agree to and wth
y Said John Gosleing his heires & assignes by these presents that they the Sd:William Keene & Anne his wife or their heires
Shall & will from time to time & at all times hereafter for & duering y Space of Seaven years next ensueing y date hereof
at and upon the reasonable request & only at the Costs & Charges in y Lawe of y Sd: John Gosleing his heires or
assignes or any of them Doe make acknowledge execute & Suffer or Cause to be done made acknowledged & Suffered
all & every Such further & Lawfull & reasonable Act & Acts thing & things device & devices & assurances and
Conveyances in y Law whatsoever wch: Shall be or may be for y more better & perfect assurance Sure makeing
and Conveying of all & Singular y bargained pr:misses & Every part & parcell thereof unto y Sd: John Gosleing his heires
& assignes To y onely proper use & behoofe of the Sd: John Gosleing his heires & assignes for Ever According to the true
intent & meaning of these presents as the Sd:John Gosleing his heires or assignes or by his or their Councell learned in
y Law Shall be reasonably devised advised or required as for y makeing Doeing or acknowledging executing Suffering
& performing Such further Acts things devices assurances & Conveyances or any of them y person or persons be
not Compelled to Travell any farther then y Citty of St: Maries in this Province of Maryland for y doeing & executing
thereof In: Confirmacon & full assurance of the Truth above written the Sd Wm. Keenes & Anne his wife
have given Deed & State with full & peaceable possession by Livery of Siezin of and in y above mentioned pr:misses
with y appurtenances thereunto belonging & Anne his wife hath delivered up her right of Dower & thirds to the

Memorandum that this day to witt y Ninth day of January Annq Dom. 1688 Came before us the Subscribed
William Keenes & Anne his wife And the Said Anne being apart from her Sd:husband Secretly examined
according to Law Did acknowledge the within mentioned Land Containing one hundred acres more or
Lesse, being part of y devident within first named Called what you please to be the right of him the within
named John Gosleing & his heires and assignes for Ever and against them y Sd: William Keenes and Anne
his wife & their heires & assignes for Ever warrant the Same / John Winder
