To the Comrs of Somerset County in Court Sitting the humble Petion of Peter Dent Sheweth that
the Estate of the abovesd Benjamine: Keizer is indebted to your Petioner the Sum in the above accot
mentioned for which your Petioner prayes and Order agt the said Estate now in the hands of mr Lawrence
Crawford, Admr of the said Keizer. and as in duty bound shall pray &ca.
The said Crawford in Open Court Confest judgmt. for 300 Of the abovesd.the other 100=
being not allowed upon pr Court. -- the sd Dent therewith Satisfied -----------------



To the worll. their Maties Justices for the County of Somerset. The humble peteion of Jno. Baron --
Humbly Sheweth unto yr worps. that whereas Benjamine Keizer, Late of this County decd was --
Indebted unto your Petioner in the just quantity of two hundred pounds of Porke as pr accompt here
under produced more plainly may appear. May it therefore please your worpps to grant yr Order agt mr Lawrence
Crawford Admr of the sd decds Estate for the sd two hundred pounds of Porke, and as in duty bound yr Petionr
shall ever pray &ca.
Benjamine: Keizer. Decd Dr. lb pork
To one hide of Sole Leather two hundred pounds of Porke . -- 200
Sum totall 200 . --
Errors Excepted pr me John: Baron. --
The abovesd hide of Leather was delivered as abovesd June the 28th: ano. 1689 --
The said Baron made Oath in Open Court that he never recd part or pcell of the abovesd 200lb Porke
neither from Keizer. nor mr Mackswaine. /
And therefore the Court grants Order for the Same agt ye Admr



The humble Petion of Samuel: Shewell. To the worll. Court of Somerset County, that whereas by
the Courts request have made diligent Enquiry as farr as Philadelphia, for One William: Morris, and
by Agreemt. and promise made by your worll. Court & Sheriffe, which amounts to twelve hundred & fifty lb
tob. in Regard I returne him Non est inventus, if otherwise, I was to have as much more for redress, which
may appear as by Certificate from Philadelphia & further, your Petioner desires Satisfaction for 6 dayes
four at Assateage with the Emperor Joattum. & two dayes emongst the Indians at Assawanian your worpps
Petioner Craves worps Order for pay And your worps Petioner as in duty bound shall ever pray. &c. --
