413. It shall be the duty of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for Baltimore County to issue licenses to such persons, firms
or corporations, as may apply for and be entitled to them
under this sub-title, subject to the restrictions, conditions and
provisions of this sub-title; the amounts received for license
fees to be paid over monthly to the County Commissioners of
Baltimore County for expenditures as a part of the general
funds of said county.

414. The application for each such license if by an indi-
vidual shall state his or her name, age, and place of residence,
and the address of the premises on which the business to be
licensed will be conducted, the name and address of the owner
of the premises upon which the business to be licensed is to be
carried on, the exact type of business to be conducted on the
premises, the seating capacity of the premises (if the license
fee is based upon seating capacity), whether the exhibition is
of a temporary or permanent nature, and, if temporary, its
estimated duration, and the type or types of buildings or
structures, if any, on or in which the exhibition is to be con-
ducted. All the aforegoing information shall likewise be re-
quired of each member of a firm seeking a license. Applica-
tions on behalf of a corporation shall be executed by its
President, who shall give all of the aforegoing information
and shall further set forth the names of its officers, directors,
the correct corporate name, and the date of incorporation.

415. Applications for licenses by any person, firm or cor-
poration, except those for motion picture theatres regularly
established and in operation at the time of the passage of this
Act, shall not be accepted by the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for Baltimore County and no license shall be issued unless
said application is accompanied by certificates from the fol-
lowing officials:

(a) A certificate of the Buildings Engineer of Baltimore
County to the effect that the premises in or on which the
business to be licensed is to be conducted complies in all
respects with the building laws and regulations in force in
Baltimore County.

(b) A certificate of the Zoning Commissioner of Baltimore
County to the effect that the use of the premises in or on which
the business to be licensed is to be conducted is in compliance
with the zoning laws and regulations in force in Baltimore
County.

(c) A certificate of the Health Officer of Baltimore County
to the effect that the use of the premises in or on which the
business to be licensed is to be conducted does not violate the
provisions of the laws of the State of Maryland or Baltimore
County relating to the public health or the rules and regula-
tions passed pursuant thereto.
