Resolution relative to certain Old Records of St. Paul's
Parish, Baltimore.

WHEREAS, Several old record books
of Saint Paul's
Parish, Baltimore, have been found among the records
in the departments of the State and treasury, and it is
just and reasonable that they should be returned to said
parish; Therefore,

Be it resolved by the General
Assembly of Maryland,
That the Governor of the State and Treasurer,
be, and they are hereby authorised and directed to deliver
the said records, or any others of the same character,
that may hereafter be discovered in their respective
departments, to the said vestry of Saint Paul's Parish,
or their authorised agent.

Resolution authorising Commissioners to enquire concerning,
and to report on a lot on which to build a
Tobacco Warehouse.

Resolved by the General Assembly
of Maryland,
That George W. Tewksbury and William Cook, be,
and they are hereby requested to ascertain where, and
at what price a lot, not less than three hundred feet by
four hundred can be procured, in the city of Baltimore,
near to a rail road, and convenient to shipping, for the
storage and inspection of tobacco under sheds or
warehouses of one story in height, and that they report
to the next session of the Legislature.
