58                                                LAWS OF MARYLAND.
Property limited.
     SEC. 2.  And be it enacted, That the value of the
property which the president and managers of the Baltimore
General Dispensary aforesaid, is authorised at
any one time to hold, is hereby limited to fifty thousand
dollars.
In force.
     SEC. 2.  And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from and after its passage.

                                   CHAPTER 66.

AN ACT to refund to Grafton M. Bosley of Baltimore
     County, Executor of Josiah Marsh, a sum of money
     therein named.
     Authority to
refund.
     SECTION 1.  Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland,
That the Treasurer be, and he is hereby
authorised and directed to refund and pay upon the
warrant of the Comptroller, to Grafton M. Bosley, of
Baltimore county, executor of Josiah Marsh, the sum of
one hundred and twenty-eight dollars and eighty-two
cents, being the amount erroneously paid to the late
Register of Wills of Baltimore county, by said executor.
In force.
     SEC. 2.  And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

                                   CHAPTER 67.

AN ACT to provide for deepening so much of Pratt
     Street Dock, in Baltimore City, as belongs to the State.
     Authority to
deepen dock.
     SECTION 1.  Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland,
That the State's warfinger be, and he
is hereby authorised, directed and empowered to have
so much of the Pratt street dock, in the city of Baltimore,
as belongs to the State, deepened to such depth
as will admit of the free and unobstructed passage to
and from the State's wharf, at said dock of such sized
vessels as usually trade thereto.
