CHAPTER 369.
AN ACT to prescribe the time for electing Directors of
the Mechanics Savings Bank, of Baltimore.

Be it enacted by the General
Assembly of Maryland,
That the first election for directors of the Mechanics
Savings Bank, of Baltimore, shall take place on the
second Wednesday of June next, and on the same day
annually thereafter, unless some other day be fixed by
the by-laws of the said corporation.

CHAPTER 370.
AN ACT to give leave of the Legislature to the devises
and bequests of Handy Mills, late of Worcester
county, deceased, to the committee of the Pitts'
creek Presbyterian Church.
|

Be it enacted by the General
Assembly of Maryland,
That the leave of the Legislature be, and the
same is hereby given to the devises and bequests to the
committee of the Pitts' creek Presbyterian Church,
which are contained in the will of Handy Mills, late of
Worcester county, deceased.

AN ACT to provide for the safe keeping of the papers
and records of the late General Court and the Court
of Appeals and the acts of Assembly of this State.

WHEREAS, By an act of Assembly
passed by the
last General Assembly of Maryland, the offices at the
northwest corner of the State House heretofore used
as a depository of the records and papers of the late
General Court and Court of Appeals, and the acts of
Assembly, were assigned and appropriated for the use
