CHAPTER 351.
AN ACT providing for the payment to the Baltimore
General Dispensary, of a sum of money retained as a
tax by the Register of Wills of Baltimore city.

Be it enacted by the General
Assembly of Maryland,
That the Treasurer, upon the warrant of the Comptroller
be, and he is hereby directed to pay to the president
of the Baltimore General Dispensary, the sum of
one hundred and twenty-five dollars, that being the
amount retained by the Register of Wills of Baltimore
city, as a tax on a legacy made by Doctor William
Wilson, of said city, to the said institution.

CHAPTER 352.
AN ACT giving the assent of the Legislature of Maryland,
to certain bequests of Sally Jones, late of Worcester
county, deceased, to the Methodist Protestant
Church, in New Town, Worcester county, to the
Methodist Episcopal Church, in New Town, Worcester
county, to Quinton Methodist Protestant Church,
in Somerset county, to Kingston Methodist Episcopal
Church, Somerset county, and to the Methodist Episcopal
Church at Curtis' Chapel, in Somerset county.

Be it enacted by the General
Assembly of Maryland,
That the assent of the State of Maryland is hereby
given to the devises and bequests, in the will of Sally
Jones, late of Worcester county, deceased, in favor of
the Methodist Protestant church, in New Town, Worcester
county, to the Methodist Episcopal church, in
New Town, Worcester county, to Quinton Methodist
Protestant church, in Somerset county, to Kingston
Methodist Episcopal church, Somerset county, and to
the Methodist Episcopal church at Curtis' Chapel, in
Somerset county.
