CHAPTER 2.
AN ACT to authorise the Orphans' Court, of Caroline
county, to pay out of the School Fund of the said
county to the Register of Wills, for services therein
mentioned.

SEC. 1. Be it enacted
by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Orphans' Court, of Caroline
county, be, and they are hereby authorised to pay out
of the school funds of the said county, to the Register of
Wills thereof, any sum they may deem sufficient, for
services rendered by him, the said Register, in distributing
the above named funds among the several schools
in the said county.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted,
That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER
3.
AN ACT to authorise the conveyance to the Trustees
of the Bethel Presbyterian Church, in Harford county.

Consent given.
|
Be it enacted by the General
Assembly of
Maryland, That the consent of the Legislature is
hereby given that the trustees of the Bethel Presbyterian
Church, of Harford county, may purchase and
hold a lot of ground not exceeding ten acres for a parsonage.
