Mr. Biddison submitted the following message:
BY THE SENATE,
January 6th, 1904.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
We have received your message proposing that the.
Senate shall meet the House of Delegates in the Hall
of the House of Delegates at 2:30 o'clock p. m., this
6tn day of January, 1904, when the Speaker of the
House of Delegates shall preside, and in the presence
of both houses open the returns of election for Gover-
nor of the State of Maryland, in conformity with the,
requirements of the Constitution, and we concur
therein.
