UNFINISHED BUSINESS.
The President laid before the Senate the unfinished
business of yesterday's session, being,
The order of Mr. Gill, reported from the Committee
on Rules, adopting the Rules of the session of 1902,
as the Rules to govern the present session.
Mr. Dixon moved,
That the further consideration thereof be postponed
until Tuesday, January 26th, 1904.
Which was adopted,
ORDERS.
On motion of Mr. Thomas, it was
Ordered, That the State Printer, Wm. J, C. Dulany
Company, be directed and is hereby authorized to
print 200 additional copies of the Sewerage bill at the
rate fixed by Article 78 of the Code, of the present
