In section 3, strike out all after the word "State."

Said bill, as amended, was read the second time.

Mr. Getty, from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Pa-
tapsco Title Company of Baltimore city, Maryland

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Gorter, from the Committee on Militia, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 5, of
Article 65, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Militia."

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Brown, from the Committee on Judicial Pro-
ceedings, reported favorably, the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, section 77, of Article 5, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Appeals and Errors,"
sub-title "Appeals in Criminal Cases."

Senate bill entitled an Act to give and declare the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly to
sundry gifts, bequests and devises.

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading..
