Senate bill entitled an Act to transfer to the Easton
and Northern Railroad Company, a body corporate
duly incorporated under the laws of Maryland, the
sum of money appropriated by chapter 303 of the
Acts of 1860 to the Elkton and Sassafras Railroad

Company, and subsequently by chapter 383 of the
A.cts of 1870 transferred to the Elkton and Massey's
Railroad Company.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Wirt, Hepbron and Wootton.

By Mr. Pearre,

Senate bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 75 of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, titled "Pleading, Practice and Process
at Law," to follow immediately after section 87 of
that Article, and to be numbered "80 A."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the

Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 236, of Article 22, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington
County," sub-title "Hancock."

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate Lonacon-
ing Lodge, No. 85, of the Independent order of Odd-
Fellows of Lonaconing, Allegany county, Maryland.

Messrs. Pearre, Brown and Hubner.

Senate bill entitled an Act to punish misconduct at
primary elections in Montgomery county.
