INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.

By Mr. Moss, the following bills :

Senate bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Anne Arundel County," sub-title "Fish, Crabs and
Terrapins," to follow immediately after section 159.
and to be designated as section 159 A.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Moss, Seibert and Rogers.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 106, of Article 56, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Public Educa-
tion," sub-title "Sources of Income."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Education.

By Mr. Waters,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 217, of Article 23, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, entitled "Religious Corpora-
tions."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Froceedings.

By Mr. Robinson,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 15, of chapter 598, of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session
of 1890, entitled an Act to amend the charter of the
Loan, Trust, Security and Insurance Company of Har-
ford county, and to enlarge its powers, and to add a
new section to said chapter, to be numbered section 16.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and em-
power the Judges of the Circuit Court for Baltimore
