House bill en-titled an Act to repeal sections 253,
254 and 255, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Anne Arundel County," sub title "Wild Fowl,"

and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time, and referred to

Messrs. Moss, Seibert and Robinson.

House bill entitled an Act to protect brook trout in
Baltimore county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Hubner, Bennett and Rogers.

And returned, the following bills :

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and em-
power the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to
appropriate a sum of money not to exceed ten thousand
dollars, to the erection of a monument in said city.

Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the appro-
priation of a Commission, and for the collection, ar-
rangement and display of the products of the State
of Maryland at the World's Columbian Exposition of
1893, and to make an appropriation therefor.

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to the Maryland Society of the Sons of the
American Revolution, to aid in the erection of a mon-
ument in the city of Baltimore.

Senate bill entitled an Act to make valid the cor-
porate name of the United Sons of Towsontown Lodge
No. 1773, of the General United Ord er of Odd Fellows,
which might otherwise be deemed defective.

Senate bill entitled an Act to add six additional
sections to Article 6, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Carolina County," sub title "County
Treasurer," to follow section 68, and to be called "68
A, 68 B, 68 O, 68 D, 68 E and 68 F."

Seuerally endorsed : "Passed by yeas and nays."'

At 10.30 P.M.

On motion by Mr. Coffin,

The Senate adjourned.
