Said bill was then returned to the House of Dele-
gates.

Mr. Lloyd, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 14, of
Article 25, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"County Commissioners," so far as the same relates
to Talbot county, and to repeal section 31, of Article
21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Talbot
County," sub-title "County Commissioners' Compen-
sation," as to the terms and compens-tion of said
commissioners.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Waters, from a Select Committee reported fav-
orably the following bills.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and require
the County Commissioners of Somerset county to have
placed and keep on the several lines to which it may
be lawful to use scoops, scrapes and dredges or any
similar instrument to take or catch oysters in the
waters of the Annamessex, Monakin and Wicomico
rivers in said county, such buoys or other marks 'as
may be necessary to plainly designate said lines, and
to levy upon the assessable property of Somerset
county such sum or sums not exceeding $150 as may
be necessary for this purpose.

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled an Act to regulate the purchase
and sale of certain products in Calvert county.

House bill entitled an Act to add two new sections
to Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Calvert County," sub-title "County Commission-
ers," terms of office of said Commissioners.
