Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 138, of
Article 20, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Somerset County," sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicat-
ing Drinks," as amended by chapter 257 of the Acts
passed at the January Session of 1890, so far as only
the same applies to Princess Anne District, No. 1,
therein mentioned, and to enact the following in lieu
thereof : "to apply to Princess Anne District, No. 1,

only.''
