39 C The said Treasurer shall occupy the office of
County Commissioners and keep the office open for
business from ten o'clock A. M., until twelve M., on
not less than three days in each and every week, ex-
cept Sundays and legal holidays, unless a. leave of
absence be granted by the Board of County Commis-
sioners, and said Treasurer shall hold himself ready
at all other times to transact the bussiness of his
office necessary to the public interest and convenience.

Senate bill entitled an Act to fix, limit and define
the office of the County Commissioners of Queen
Anne's county, elected on Tuesday next after the
first Monday in November, 1891, in pursuance of sec-
tion 1, of Article 7, of the Constitution of the State,
and of such commissioners as shall be elected or ap-
pointed hereafter.
Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
House bill entitled an Act to add certain sections to
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," sub-title "Police," to come in
after section 756, and to be designated as section 756
A, 756 B and 756 C.
House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," sub-title "Mayor and City Coun-
cil of Baltimore," relating to the hours of labor of
mechanics and laborers employed upon city work.
