House bill entitled an Act to prohibit drunkenness
and disorderly conduct in Liberty District, Frederick
county.

Mr. Toadvin, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, section 15, of Article 23, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico County,"
sub-title "County Commissioners."

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Wirt, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor.
to appoint an additional Justice of the Peace for the
first election district of Cecil county.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Pearre, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, section 39, of Article 1, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany County,"
sub-title "County Treasurer," and to add two new
sections to said Article,

With the following proposed amendments:
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Inline 3;of title, strike out the word "two," and
insert "three" in lieu thereof.

In line 4 of title, after the letter "A," strike out
the word "and," and after the letter "B," add the
following: "thirty-nine C."

In section 39, line 6, strike out the following:
"Skill as an accountant," and insert "well-known
integrity."

In section 39, line 24, after the word "municipal,"
insert "county."
