Senate bill entitled an Act to add new sections to
Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Corporations," sub-title "Telegraph Companies," to
regulate the rental, and use of telephones in the cities,
towns and villages in the State of Maryland,

With the recommendation that said bill be referred
to the Committee on Corporations.

Which was considered, and so referred.

House bill entitled an Act to sanction the bequest
of John Young, of C., to the Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Frederick, of the residue of the testator's
estate, to be applied to the Evangelical Lutheran
Sunday School at Frederick City.

House bill entitled an Act to enable the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore to appropriate a sum of
money annually for the relief of the Simmons Home
for Friendless Children of Baltimore.

House bill entitled an Act to enable the University
Club of Baltimore to issue bonds.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 111 and 112, of Article 16,
of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Chancery," sub-title "Non-Residents "

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 128, of
Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, entitled "Corporations," sub-title "In-
surance Department," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 93, of
Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Testamentary Law," sub-title "Register of Wills."

Which were severally read the second time.

Mr. Wirt, from the Committee on Library, reported .
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 13, of
Article 55, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"State Libarian."

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Gorter, from the Committee on Militia, reported
