Senate bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws
title "City of Baltimore, sub-title "Liquor and In-
toxicating Drinks," concerning the arrangement of
licensed premises, to come in after section 653 U, and
to be known n s "Section 653 Y."

Senate bill entitled an Act to be added to the Code
of Public Local Laws. Article 4, title "City of Balti-
more," sub-tit e "Courts," an additional section pro-
viding for a stenographer to the Grand Jury of Balti-
more city, said section to be known as "Section 207
A," and to come in after section 207.

Senate bill entitled an act to authorize the Governor
of the State to sign, execute and acknowledge a deed
conveying to the Canton Company of Baltimore any
interest of the State in a lot in Canton, in the city of
Baltimore, granted to the State for a hay scales on
conditions.

Senate bill entitled an Act. to add an additional .sec-
tion to Article 27, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments,", sub-title
"Railroad Obstructing," to follow section 231, and to
be known as "Section 231 A."

Senate bill entitled an Act authorizing and direct-
ing the Attorney General to furnish certain inform ation
in regard to the property purchased by the Province
of Maryland in 1755, and known as Fort Frederick.

Which were severally read the second time, and
ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Article 93, of
the Code of Public General Laws, relating to "Testa-
mentary Law," sub-title "Administration," by adding
thereto an additional section to be designated
"Section 32 A."

With the following proposed amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Amend by striking out in second line, section 132
A, the words "said husband," and insert in lieu
thereof the words "said deceased wife."

Which was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was read the secend time,
and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
